Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: There was a very homey and friendly atmosphere. Its not often you get to have wonderful conversations with the owner and staff about the area and life. They also gave great recommendations for the local area. The stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect. All the art in the rooms were done by the owners Matteo's mother. It added a nice personal touch.

Negative: Minor hiccups like some leftover food from a previous guest being left in the refrigerator it wasn't a big deal and they took care of it promptly. We had askwd to arrive early and checked in before the room was fully ready. I imagine they were hurrying to complete it for us.
